Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) is tweaking its Cybertruck strategy, rolling out a new $59,990 dual motor all wheel drive version, now the cheapest Cybertruck on offer, while slashing the Cyberbeast price to $99,990 from $114,990.

The $15,000 price cut on the top end model is notable. It suggests Tesla is trying to make the lineup more accessible as competition in electric trucks heats up and demand looks less predictable. The broader backdrop matters too. Tesla shares are down more than 8% year to date, and recent U.S. registration data showed another dip in EV sales in January.
