Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) may deliver a moderate boost to revenue when it reports fourth-quarter results, Oppenheimer said in a client note.

Analyst Rick Schafer estimates a typical $2 billion to $3 billion upside. He projects Q4 sales around $65.6 billion and Q1 2026 sales near $71.6 billion. Growth is expected to be driven by the GB300 Ultra chip line.

Schafer noted that cloud service provider spending is accelerating. Capital expenditure is projected at $650 billion in 2026, up from over $400 billion last year. Large language model infrastructure continues to expand rapidly, with reasoning tokens growing more than fivefold.

Nvidia's rack-scale NVL72 platform remains a leader in AI performance per watt. The Vera Rubin (VR200) chip is on track for production ramp in Q3, with the VR300 Ultra expected early in fiscal 2027. Analysts expect Vera Rubin to carry a 40% to 50% higher average selling price than GB300, potentially adding around $8 billion in revenue.

Schafer highlighted China as a growing market opportunity, representing a possible $50 billion total addressable market. Overall, Nvidia's total AI market potential is now estimated at roughly $4 trillion.
